Tortola hosts two parties when the moon is full. One at the Bomba shack which is just wild. At midnight they serve mushroom tea. We have been To the bomba shack but that's another story. The other party is the full moon party at Trellis Bay which is where went.

The sail from Peter Island to the east end of Tortola was very pretty and we got there just in time as there weren't many spots left. Seems everyone comes for the party, I have never seen so many boats anchored here.
Before lunch we went on shore to do a bit of shopping & get our free drinks from our books at the Cyber cafe. It was 2 for 1 bushwhackers, buy 2 got 1 free. We asked for 3 bushwhackers & 1 rum & coke. The girl told us no you need to buy 2 get 1 free, okay 3 bushwhackers. She said no its wrong it should be buy 1 get 1. Okay we have 2 books so 4 & a rum & coke. We ended up with 5 bushwhackers & a rum & coke paid for 2. Still not sure what happened there but the drinks were good along with the views.

After lunch the bushwhackers had caught up to us so we went over to Marina Cay for a nap & some snorkeling.

Once the sun has set and the moon is full it's time to party all night. Its a great time dancing in the sand to the local Fungi band. Below are some of the pictures of the festivities.
