The road from Puerto Viejo to the Manzanillo is only 10 miles long with roads leading to either the beach or up into the rainforest.
It is fun to just take one and see where it leads. You never know what you will find.
It went along the beach through palm trees and forest.
As we walked past this one tree I saw movement out of the corner of my eye which gave me a little startle.
Here it was a mother 2 sloth and her very young baby coming down the tree to do their weekly business.
What a treat to be on this lovely trail with the sound of the ocean & watching Mama & baby.
