Hugs and Kisses


 Since today is Valentine’s Day I thought I would share something I read while I was away. Each night at Zoë try they send the Sundial to your read which is a newsletter about what’s going on for the next day and also some interesting thoughts.
Hugs and Kisses
The hug is one of the most common human signs of love and affection along with kissing. When you do this it is a demonstration of affection and emotional warmth, a sign of support and comfort, or a way to a romantic exchange.  Sometimes hugs are given out of spontaneous joy.

Hugging has been proven to have health benefits. Did you know hugging can increase the levels of oxytocin and reduce blood pressure?
