5 star dining on the Cool Runnings Catamaran #BVI

Spending a week on a yacht sailing around the many different coves is a great way to experience the many islands that make up British Virgin Islands. There is much to do and see that a week is not nearly enough. This is my 4th sail and even though I have been to some of the places before each time it's a totally new experience.
Choosing Cool Runnings with Captains Geoff & Bambi was an excellent choice for our family vacation.

Everyone felt at home and comfortable the minute we set foot on board. There is plenty of room for all of us and at no point are we feeling we are on top of each other.

I was a little worried about the size of my stateroom after the last yacht we were on but I found it to be very comfortable and sleeping great. Another plus is each stateroom has its own bathroom.

Today we started our day in Great Harbour St Peter Island with another delicious breakfast from chef Bambi.

A Crevalle Jack must have known it was breakfast time and came by for a little snack.

Not much left but we did have fun swimming with him once we were done.

A morning snorkel in Great Harbour

then it was off to Trellis Bay to get a spot for tonight's Full moon party.

Our dinner tonight on board was just amazing. Nicole is definitely right when she said "eating on board is like eating in a 5 star restaurant."  I could not agree more in fact it is better.
Tonight we started with some lite appetizers.

Followed by Grilled Filet Mignon, potatoes,

 and oven roasted vegetables.

If that wasn't enough to wow us Bambi made Creme Brulee for dessert. How she does it all on board is a wonder to us all.

We may not ever leave the Cool Runnings.
The full moon party was a fun way to end yet another great day in the BVI.
