Whales, Wine, & Sunset Depoe Bay

Our last night in Depoe Bay we sat on our patio overlooking Boiler Bay with a wonderful bottle of Oregon wine while watching the whales as the sunset. Doesn't get much better than that here.

 They were so close to the cliffs just circling around.

Once the sunset we went to Tidal Raves for an outstanding meal. Started with crab & shrimp Mac & cheese which was very good. For dinner I had Herb crusted rock fish with a shrimp caper sauce with a smoked salmon potato cake, which was delicious. The best part of the meal was dessert, bread pudding with Kentucky bourbon sauce. One of the best we ever had.
