The beaches in Anguilla

The beaches here are amazing and there are many of them, 33 I believe we have been here a week and still haven't been to them all. The problem is we get to one and just don't want to leave.

One whole day we spent on Shoal Bay. The white sand beach along with the different color blues of the water, was just stunning. We walked, swam, snorkeled, & napped.

What more could you want? Fresh lobster at Hanks beach shack.

 The cove is another beach where the water is calm for swimming 

and you have Smokey's for a good meal & live entertainment. Get there early for a beach chair.

The Musical Brothers

Meads Bay a wonderful beach to spend a day. All the restaurants rent chairs or they are free with a meal. Just need to pick which of the places you want to try. Blancher's beach shack seems to be everyone's favorites.

  Sandy ground is a fun spot as well. It is the heart of the island with the marina & many great bars & restaurants. We had breakfast & lunch at Roy's 2 different days.

 The lobster bisque, Mmm Mmm good.

They offer chairs as well it's a Nice spot to swim & sun.

Rendezvous - Great House

  Rendezvous beach is where we are staying which is 2 1/2 miles of just unspoiled beach. Most days you have the beach to yourself or so it feels. There are 2 hotels on the beach, CuisinArt & The Great House and 3 beach restaurants/bars.

Shoal Bay West a pretty beach & a very quiet peaceful spot.

One Morning we went for a drive to find Cap Juluca to see the beach there. Wow!

It would certainly be hard to pick a favorite as they are all magnificent. It just depends on what your looking to do for the day.

 Pick a beach chair and just enjoy the views.
