As a travel agent one of the places I wanted to check out is Los Suenos Resort & Marina. It is located in the Central Pacific Coast just before Jaco and about an 1 1/2 from San Jose airport making it a good location to start our trip here.
Los Suenos is a small village with everything right here making it so you never have to leave. There are residential homes, condos, a luxury hotel, 18 - hole championship golf course, shopping, restaurants, spa, and a Marina.
The Marina is one of the things that attracted us to stay here even though we were not fishing this trip.
All of this is surrounded by lush gardens, rainforest, and over looking the ocean.
We rented one of the Veranda villa's for a few nights with a shared private pool over looking the golf course.
There is plenty of activities if you want to do them or just relax by the pool at the beach club.
There are 6 restaurants located in the Marina Village. We tried 2 of them, Off The Hook and El Galeon.
Off The Hook is a great place to grab a drink and watch the fishing boats come in.
El Galeon the food was excellent. The roast beef sandwich was the best I have ever tasted.
