"Welcome home," that is the greeting you receive as you step into the beautiful lobby of Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. You are entering a place of peace, relaxation, beauty, & luxury. The front desk quickly checks you in, while you are offered a warm cloth which feels wonderful and a glass of champagne.
We are next introduced to our butler for the week, Willyn. While taking us to our room he provides some information about the resort.
We had booked a garden room but upgraded to one of the ocean view rooms. As I always tell my clients, "if you can see blue it's ocean view". This was one of these times, the only spot you get a glimpse of the ocean is when you stand as the edge of the patio.
That being said we loved being on the first floor with access to the pool right from the patio, plus being close to the beach. We were happy with the upgrade even without the view.

The room is very nice with all the amenities you need or want and if there is something you need you simply call your butler. Personally I am not all that sure what I need a butler for at a luxury all inclusive but I am sure to find out. For now its time to relax and enjoy the warm weather.
